Preparation method
Savoury meals: pour 250 ml of hot water (not boiling) into a bowl (do not use a mixer)। Gradually sprinkle in the contents of the FITOLIFE® preparation sachet. Mix with a fork for a few minutes and drink slowly. Depending on the desired consistency (liquid or thick) you may add more, or less, hot water (not boiling).
Sweet meals: pour 250ml of cold water into a glass or a shaker। Gradually sprinkle in the contents of the FITOLIFE® preparation sachet. Mix with a fork for a few minutes, or shake and drink slowly. Depending on the desired consistency (liquid or thick) you may add more, or less, cold water.
Breakfasts: pour 170 ml of cold water into a bowl or a shaker. Gradually sprinkle in the contents of the FITOLIFE® preparation sachet, while stirring rapidly with a fork. Leave to rest in a cool place for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking.

Recommendations for use
